For many years, we offered a local service (Nottingham Wedding Dress Cleaning) where we would collect and return brides dresses in person. However, as demand grew and more ladies asked us to help them from further afield, we realised it had become necessary to offer a postal option for our services. That’s how National Wedding Dress Cleaning was born!
From to talking to thousands of brides over the years, we knew there was a real fear of something going wrong with the courier process. That’s why we decided we would only work with a courier service if we could be sure each dress would have solid protection when being sent to us. We invested in extremely strong tote boxes, along with straps and cable ties, and the rest is history! We ship these out to each customer directly for them to send their precious dresses back to us in the most secure way possible!
